I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Director at LifeWorks. I  provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling for teens, adults, and couples navigating trauma, stress, grief, anxiety, burnout, and relationship challenges. My style is warm, direct, and solutions-focused, blending CBT, trauma-informed care, and practical coping skills to create real change. I partner with clients to build resilience, restore balance, and help them heal, grow, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker and retired U.S. Army veteran. Today, I serve as the Operations Director and therapist at LifeWorks where I combine clinical knowledge, structure, and compassion to help individuals and families create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to counseling is practical, collaborative, and strengths based. I believe people already possess resilience and the capacity for growth; sometimes they simply need the right tools, guidance, and safe space to move forward. I work with adolescents ages 13 and older, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Whether someone feels overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in unhealthy patterns, I focus on helping them gain clarity, build confidence, and develop skills that lead to real-world improvement.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the state of Georgia. I am also a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in the state of Texas. I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. I specialize in trauma, grief, stress, anxiety, substance use, and relationship concerns. With experience across inpatient, residential, community, and private practice settings, I offer compassionate, strengths-balance counseling. Outside of work, I value family, faith, and wellness, which ground the empathy and balance I bring to my clients every day.

I help you to have a great client experience from the start. Often times I am the first person you interacts with. I hold an associate degree in Medical Billing and Coding and bring extensive experience navigating healthcare systems with efficiency, compassion, and attention to detail. Throughout my career, I have worked as a medical assistant across multiple specialties, supporting patients and providers through both clinical and administrative responsibilities. My experience includes facilitating patient care, coordinating services, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth daily operations so clients feel supported every step of the way.
